Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://717lawnmower.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, 7-17 Lawn Mower markets and arranges Lawn Maintenance, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Trimming, Aeration, Sod Installation, Overseeding. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to 7-17 Lawn Mower and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. 7-17 Lawn Mower may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. 7-17 Lawn Mower makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7-17 Lawn Mower's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid 7-17 Lawn Mower in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify 7-17 Lawn Mower from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. OK law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OK, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
